WHEN DOES YOUR SALE START / END?

Our BFCM (Black Friday / Cyber Monday) sale begins at 6:00
am AEST Thursday 27th November and ends at 11:59 pm AEST Monday 1st
December 2025.

ARE ALL PRODUCTS ON SALE?

Sale prices apply only to items explicitly marked as part of
the BFCM Sale. Some items (e.g. gift cards) may be excluded. Please check
individual product pages for full details.

CAN I USE OTHER DISCOUNT CODES DURING THE SALE?

Our Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale takes priority — any
other discount codes, affiliate codes, or promotions will not apply during this
period. Only the codes issued specifically for this sale will work at checkout.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT — CAN I PRE-ORDER OR
GET A RAIN CHECK?

Sale prices apply to in-stock items only. Once stock
is gone, the sale price is gone too. We do not offer rain checks, holds or
backorders at sale pricing. If you have your eyes on something, we recommend
ordering early to avoid disappointment.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We do our best to dispatch orders quickly. However, during
sale periods shipping may take longer than usual. Please allow for an extra 2–3
business days for dispatch depending on order volume and courier conditions.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY?

Our standard return and exchange policy applies regardless
of Sale or regular items. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original
condition. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the
responsibility of the customer.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please get in touch
with us at notifications@meanderwild.com.au.
Include photos and your order number & we’ll handle it under Australian
Consumer Law.

CAN I USE GIFT CARDS DURING THE SALE?

Yes absolutely! Gift cards are fine to use. However, gift
cards themselves are not discounted during BFCM.

HOW DO I ENSURE MY PURCHASE IS THE RIGHT SIZE/FIT FOR MY
CARAVAN?

Please check our Size Guide on our
website carefully before ordering. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to
our friendly customer team (notifications@meanderwild.com.au)
we’re happy to help.

CAN YOU HOLD STOCK?

We’re unable to hold items during the sale. Stock is limited, and we can’t
guarantee that every size or style will be available for the full duration of
our sale, so we recommend ordering early.
