Returns, Refunds & Warranty
At MeanderWild, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if you have any concerns.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns on eligible products, provided the following conditions are met:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, which must be undamaged and suitable for resale.
- For hygiene reasons, bedding that has been opened, used or washed is not eligible for change of mind returns.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Sale Items: Products purchased during promotional periods or on sale are not eligible for change of mind returns or exchanges.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email notifications@meanderwild.com.au before sending your item back. Please include:
- Your full name.
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for your return.
Our team will respond with the return instructions and return address.
Returning Your Order
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change of mind returns.
- We recommend returning your parcel using a tracked postal service, as MeanderWild cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.
- Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Refunds
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and approving your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please contact notifications@meanderwild.com.au as soon as the issue is identified. Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.
Claims will be assessed individually. Where a manufacturing fault or fulfilment error is confirmed, MeanderWild will replace the product or provide another appropriate remedy.
Product Warranty
MeanderWild products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product.
Each warranty claim is assessed individually. Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, MeanderWild will replace the product at no cost to you.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents or improper care.
- Damage caused by washing or drying contrary to the care instructions.
- Damage caused by incorrect sizing or attempting to fit a product to a mattress outside the recommended dimensions.
- Damage caused by pets, sharp objects or excessive force.
- Natural fading or changes to the fabric resulting from normal use.
Choosing the Correct Size
Caravan mattress sizes can vary significantly between manufacturers, models and years. We strongly recommend checking your mattress dimensions against our Size Guide before placing your order.

Returns due to an incorrect size selection are considered change of mind returns.
